All Levels Summer & Fall 2021 Registration
Welcome back Cougars! Summer Camp begins June 21, Fall Camp begins July 29 with our first game being August 20, 2021. All practice times can be found on our Calendar.
All players must complete the following to participate in our football program:
- Registration Form
- Summer Donation – $350 requested by June 21
- Fall Donation – $850 requested by August 17
- CVHS Code of Conduct
- Athletic Clearance Form Complete by June 21 and uploaded HERE
Please wear black cleats, bring water, and bring a mouthpiece to every practice.
