Puma Weightlifting

Who is this for? Grades 6th – 8th
Date: January 27 – February 26th (Tuesdays and Thursdays only)
Time: 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Location: Capo Valley High School
Number of Sessions: 10 Sessions
Cost: $100

Puma 7v7 and 5v5

Who is this for? Grades 4th – 8th
Date & Time: March 3 – April 21, Tuesdays only from 5 – 6 pm
Payment due by March 3rd: $450 payable via Venmo, Cash or Check (made out to Puma FBC LLC)

FREE Workouts: Saturday, January 31, from 9 – 11 am & Saturday, February 21 from 9 – 11 am. Parent Meeting to follow after practice on Saturday, January 31
