Win Every Day – this year’s motto makes a strong statement on what Coach Bucher expects from his players and coaching staff this season. Each detail of preparation and practice leads to success under the lights and must be taken seriously. Our players are being instilled with the value that preparation dictates performance. The magic of sports is in watching a group of young men or women come together and become something they could never achieve on their own. Football, different than any other sport, puts its players through a level of physical and mental rigor that can be transforming and build the kind of character which leads to great success in life.
After nearly 3 hours of waiting last night, the CUSD Board of Trustees unanimously voted YES to proceed with using the promised funds from years ago to rebuild Cougar Stadium!!!! Funds may be received as early as next calendar year.
A VERY IMPORTANT Vote is taking place at the CUSD School Board meeting on October 19th at 7:00 p.m. A Resolution will be presented to guarantee that State matching funds will be used for a new CVHS Stadium.
